Stocks with a strong A/D line - Jan 16, 2022
Happy Sunday!
The Accumulation/Distribution Line uses both the price and volume to gauge the cumulative flow of money into and out of a security. In particular, if the A/D line is rising, shares are being accumulated. Meanwhile, if the A/D line is falling, shares are being distributed.
And it should be no secret, considering that my newsletter is even named Accumulation, that I absolutely love utilizing the A/D line to help me spot for trading candidates.
For example, here’s a list of stocks with their A/D lines sharply rising in recent days; Specifically, each company fulfills the following criteria:
Trades above $10
Average volume for the past 50 trading days must exceed 1M
Outperforms the S&P 500 by at least 15% over the past 50 trading days
